A label can carry a story before the oil ever does. Alaa Satir drew both of these: a woman seated among the plants of Palestine and Sudan, grounded and defiant, claiming her place across both bottles.

Mustafa Turabi presses the Nablus Nabali in Sarra, a smooth, peppery oil that holds its own at any table. Shareef Khateeb tends Koroneiki, a Greek cultivar, in the Galilee hills around Mi'ilya. Two oils, two villages, two farmers.

Alaa Satir designed both bottles. The same woman, the same plants, the same quiet defiance: a single visual idea spread across two oils that came from very different places. Mustafa Turabi's smooth, peppery Nabali from Sarra. Shareef Khateeb's bold, structured Koroneiki from Mi'ilya.

The bottles look like they belong on the same shelf. Because they do.
