We operate globally. When we transfer your data outside your region (e.g., from the EU/UK to the U.S. or Israel), we ensure safeguards are in place:

  • Shopify hosts EU/UK data initially in Ireland before transfer to Canada/US under recognized legal frameworks.

  • Standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards are applied where required.

11. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals due to lack of consistent standards. You can still manage cookies and targeted advertising preferences as described above.

12. Selling or Sharing Personal Information (California Notice)

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
We may “share” personal information (as defined under California law) with advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google, Shopify Audiences) for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Categories: identifiers (email, device info), commercial information (purchases, browsing)

  • Minors: We do not knowingly sell/share data of individuals under 16.
