Reviews from past harvests
“This is definitely the best olive oil i ever experienced. From the well crafted bottle which makes it very presentable when having guests , to the rich aroma of the olive and silky taste of the oil , i finally found my best olive oil brand after a long search”
“It has that perfect peppery hit to the back of your throat which is a sign of authentic cold pressed olive oils. Great for my early morning shot of olive oil. I also use it on salads and as a dipping oil for bread.”
“Amazing! Delightful! Delicious! The real deal! It’s almost a sin to cook with this fine olive oil - what is should be used for is salad dressing and dipping. The flavor is as authentic, flavorful and exquisite as a fine wine.”
“I just received my Jerusalem Olive Oil. The tastes is outstanding. Smooth, fruity and so tasty. I think it tastes even better knowing the effort these farmers go through to cultivate, produce and sell this special product. I am honored to be able to enjoy it with my family!”
“We waited a week before tasting the Burqa Rumi olive oil, but it was worth the wait. We had fresh home baked sourdough that we dipped in the oil mixed with Za’atar. Yum! I can’t wait to use it in different Mediterranean recipes.”
“Very fine and smooth flavour, with a peppery finish as described. Very fresh - probably the best olive oil I have ever tasted!”
“Smooth and buttery with a slight peppery finish. Love that the bottle has a built in pour spout. Prompt an courteous service. Will definitely buy again.”
“Shared with friends with nice crusty bread and they all loved”
“All the OO oils are fabulous but this might be our favorite. Full of flavor but smooth and beautiful when used for dipping and very versatile. Ordered as gifts for ten friends and everyone has loved it as much as us.”
“I purchased this especially as a present for my sister who enjoys cooking. She loved the present. We had beautiful pure flavoursome omelette the first time we used it. It's absolutely stunning, and made a beautiful soup to go with it containing Anzac flavour to add depth and the oil. Best food purchase I have ever made due to helping farmers on Palestine, gifting my sister whose a cook, and then getting to enjoy the produce in its rich purity. Very highly recommend”
“If the name doesn't inspire you to taste this oil, then let me help you... it has soft, fresh taste with a little kick in the after taste... Try it, ENJOY!”

Every bottle comes from one farmer and one village. The label tells you who grew it and where.
Take a sip on its own. Green fruit first, a little bitterness, then a catch in the throat. That peppery cough is what fresh oil does. Supermarket oil rarely has it.
For bold and peppery, go for Coratina Early Harvest, the boldest of the ten. For soft and mild, start with Jerusalem. "Every oil, up close" above lines up all ten from mild to bold, with what each is best for.
Nabali is smooth and round. Rumi is green and peppery. Each oil's notes tell you which way it leans.
Kept closed, a bottle holds for two years. Open, about a month in a Palestinian kitchen: on bread, eggs, salad, za'atar, everything. Keep it dark and cool, cap on, away from the stove.
We ship from our own warehouses in the US, the UK, Europe and Australia, so most orders have no customs or import fees. Free shipping starts at $110 in the US and £80 in the UK; checkout shows the rate for your address. Canada ships from our US warehouse in 6 to 10 business days, and duties may apply.
