Why these together

In Palestinian homes, different oils do different jobs: one for salads, one for bread, one for the pan. The Cellar brings five, from five families. Abed Al-Rahman Oudi's Bazariya, still pressed on stone millstones. Mohammad Zein Al-Dein's Jenin, from four generations in Al-Yamun. Mustafa Turabi's Nablus, pressed in Sarra. Sameer Rashid Masoud's Burqa, from centuries-old trees on limestone terraces. And Ayda Saadah's Jerusalem, from Biddu.

Bazariya★★★★★

Light, flavorful, and delicious. I love it drizzled on pizza or lentil soup, or just on toast for breakfast. It tastes fresh and green. Amazing.

Buttery with a mild peppery finish, this is a beautiful oil. It’s a great all-rounder, and is fantastic in salads, pasta, and cooking alike.

Burqa★★★★★

We waited a week before tasting the Burqa Rumi olive oil, but it was worth the wait. We had fresh home baked sourdough that we dipped in the oil mixed with Za’atar. Yum! I can’t wait to use it in different Mediterranean recipes.

Jerusalem★★★★★

Very smooth, flavorful, silky. Although it can be used as an everyday olive oil, I especially like it for dipping bread with or without za'atar

Bazariya★★★★★

I rarely write reviews, but this olive oil absolutely deserves one. It’s honestly the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted in my life. The flavor is incredibly rich.
You can really taste the difference compared to regular supermarket olive oils. Even something simple like dipping fresh bread in it becomes amazing.
