Why these together

One bottle of every oil we pressed for the pre-order: ten oils from seven families in seven villages, from Biddu in the hills above Jerusalem to Iksal near Nazareth. Line them up from mild to bold and you have the whole harvest on one table, with Ayda Saadah's Jerusalem at the gentle end and Nassar Darawshi's Coratina at the bold one. In between: Mustafa Turabi in Sarra, the Zahran Brothers on the terraces of Dier Abu Mash'al, Abed Al-Rahman Oudi's millstones in Bazariya, Sameer Rashid Masoud's old trees in Burqa, Mohammad Zein Al-Dein's family in Al-Yamun, who give you both an early and a regular pick, and Nassar's own Early Suri and Nazareth's Nabali from Iksal.

Real reviews of our sets, in their own words.

Jerusalem★★★★★

Very smooth, flavorful, silky. Although it can be used as an everyday olive oil, I especially like it for dipping bread with or without za'atar

Clifford W. · May 2026 · Verified buyer
Nablus★★★★★

Buttery with a mild peppery finish, this is a beautiful oil. It’s a great all-rounder, and is fantastic in salads, pasta, and cooking alike.

Claire J. · Mar 2025 · Verified buyer
Dier Abu Mash'al★★★★★

Very smooth with a good rounded flavour.
Perfect for dipping, dressings and drizzles

Rachel T. · Jul 2026 · Verified buyer
Bazariya★★★★★

Light, flavorful, and delicious. I love it drizzled on pizza or lentil soup, or just on toast for breakfast. It tastes fresh and green. Amazing.

Leila · Mar 2025 · Verified buyer
Jenin★★★★★

This is a lovely olive oil with good flavour. Excellent on salads, vegetables, or dipping with pita and zaatar. It is smooth and robust.

Lillian E. · Jan 2026 · Verified buyer
Burqa★★★★★

We waited a week before tasting the Burqa Rumi olive oil, but it was worth the wait. We had fresh home baked sourdough that we dipped in the oil mixed with Za’atar. Yum! I can’t wait to use it in different Mediterranean recipes.

Laura A. · Mar 2026 · Verified buyer
Early Jenin★★★★★

Very fine and smooth flavour, with a peppery finish as described. Very fresh - probably the best olive oil I have ever tasted!

Mike V. · Apr 2026 · Verified buyer
Early Suri★★★★★

My 'cooking' has been limited to making vegetable/bean salads. This oil adds sparkle and zest to garbanzo bean salads and all green veggies. I enjoy the peppery taste it adds to cold foods. Very happy with this oil!

Carole I. · Feb 2026 · Verified buyer
Coratina Early Harvest★★★★★

An intense and thoroughly enjoyable taste experience especially on salads or with hummus and freshly baked Arabic bread!
