Why these together

Every oil we make sits somewhere between mild and bold, and these three walk you across the range. Start with Ayda Saadah's Jerusalem, from Biddu in the hills northwest of Jerusalem: the mildest oil we make. Then Mustafa Turabi's Nablus, pressed in Sarra, right in the middle. End with Abed Al-Rahman Oudi's Bazariya, pressed on the stone millstones his family still runs. Pour a little of each on a plate, tear some bread, and taste your way from one end to the other. It makes an easy gift: three families, three villages, and a reason to sit down together.

Jerusalem★★★★★

Very smooth, flavorful, silky. Although it can be used as an everyday olive oil, I especially like it for dipping bread with or without za'atar

Buttery with a mild peppery finish, this is a beautiful oil. It’s a great all-rounder, and is fantastic in salads, pasta, and cooking alike.

Light, flavorful, and delicious. I love it drizzled on pizza or lentil soup, or just on toast for breakfast. It tastes fresh and green. Amazing.

Jerusalem★★★★★

It has that perfect peppery hit to the back of your throat which is a sign of authentic cold pressed olive oils. Great for my early morning shot of olive oil. I also use it on salads and as a dipping oil for bread.

Bazariya★★★★★

I rarely write reviews, but this olive oil absolutely deserves one. It’s honestly the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted in my life. The flavor is incredibly rich.
You can really taste the difference compared to regular supermarket olive oils. Even something simple like dipping fresh bread in it becomes amazing.

You can tell it’s made with love! Can not be compared to other olive oils. Deep, rich flavors whether cooking, roasting or dipping! Once I discovered Odyssey Oil, I will not buy others. And the bonus is supporting Palestinian farmers & communities…

Nablus★★★★★

I am so pleased to receive my first bottle of Olive Odyssey Extra Virgin Olive oil. I can taste the aliveness in each drip. It is light on the tongue and savory. It has a subtle pepperiness in the throat. You can absolutely tell that the olives were pressed the same day that they were picked. It is the freshest olive oil I've ever had.

Bazariya★★★★★

This is a gorgeous olive oil, one of our favorites. Beautiful plain with bread, or for a subtle richness in a salad. The cooking qualities of all the olive oils sold by Olive Odyssey are amazing. Whether in sauté or roasting, Bazariya is a star! Try it for roasting garlic... the spread is amazing!
