Why these together

When people sit down to eat in a Palestinian home, two bottles go on the table and everyone pours their own. Jenin is the fresh, green one with a gentle bitterness, grown and pressed by Mohammad Zein Al-Dein's family in Al-Yamun for four generations. Nablus is the soft, fruity one with a touch of pepper, pressed by Mustafa Turabi in Sarra. One for the salad, one for the bread. If your table is often full, we'd add Abed Al-Rahman Oudi's Bazariya, still pressed on stone millstones, and Ayda Saadah's gentle Jerusalem from Biddu.

This is a lovely olive oil with good flavour. Excellent on salads, vegetables, or dipping with pita and zaatar. It is smooth and robust.

Buttery with a mild peppery finish, this is a beautiful oil. It’s a great all-rounder, and is fantastic in salads, pasta, and cooking alike.

Light, flavorful, and delicious. I love it drizzled on pizza or lentil soup, or just on toast for breakfast. It tastes fresh and green. Amazing.

Jerusalem★★★★★

Very smooth, flavorful, silky. Although it can be used as an everyday olive oil, I especially like it for dipping bread with or without za'atar

I rarely write reviews, but this olive oil absolutely deserves one. It’s honestly the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted in my life. The flavor is incredibly rich.
You can really taste the difference compared to regular supermarket olive oils. Even something simple like dipping fresh bread in it becomes amazing.

Jerusalem★★★★★

It has that perfect peppery hit to the back of your throat which is a sign of authentic cold pressed olive oils. Great for my early morning shot of olive oil. I also use it on salads and as a dipping oil for bread.

Jenin★★★★★

This oil is very tasty and delicious. I highly recommend it. The bonus was that I was very happy to help support the Palestinian farmers. Each of their products made with care. We ordered a few different olive oils to try. They were all slightly different tastes, each with its own unique notes and flavour. We also got the sumac to enhance our salads, so good! Each product was special and delicious! We enjoyed all of them very much!
