Mohammad Zein Al-Dein's family has farmed and pressed in Al-Yamun, west of Jenin, for four generations. The first olives came off the trees still green and were pressed on September 29: that's the Early Jenin. The rest were picked later and pressed in October: that's the Jenin. Same family, same village, pressed weeks apart. Pour them side by side and taste the difference.
