I purchased olive oil from Palestine before, it is just simply the best.
The flavour shows the love the Palestinians people have for their trees and land, they defy the evil that wants to destroy them, they are systematically moved by brutality from their homes by Zionist PARASITES.

I/we have been buying this foe 3 seasons and find this to far surpass any other olive oils on the market. We cook with different flavors and use it mixed lemon and garlic as our salad dressing.We feel responsible to help the Palestinians in anyway we can, including the purchase of Palestinian soap, which is the best.

A Once-a-Year Harvest — Don’t Miss It
Every October, we open pre-orders for our new harvest. Waiting list members get the first chance to secure their bottles — before the public, before stock runs out. Last year, three oils sold out within two weeks, and by March, 15 of 19 bottles were gone.
This year, the harvest is smaller than ever — expected to be 70% less in volume. Road closures and growing restrictions in Palestine make production harder, and each farmer can only produce 1,000–2,500 bottles. Once they’re gone, they’re gone until the next harvest.
Joining the waiting list guarantees you’ll have the chance to taste this year’s oil, with delivery before Christmas.

Olive Odyssey is Palestinian-owned and works directly with farmers in Palestine. Each bottle comes from a specific farmer, grove, and region — we never blend or buy bulk oil. By joining, you’re supporting real Palestinian families and their land.
Our oil is premium extra virgin, pressed and bottled within days of harvest, never blended, and tested for quality. We also pay our farmers 10–20% above market rates to sustain their livelihoods. It’s not just olive oil — it’s heritage, craftsmanship, and fair trade in every bottle.
Pre-orders open in October, starting with waiting list members only. Once you sign up, you’ll receive updates about the harvest and your chance to purchase before the public. Bottles from the first phase will ship in time for Christmas.
Because our harvest is limited and sells out quickly. Last year, three oils sold out in just two weeks, and 15 of 19 bottles were gone within five months. Joining guarantees your chance to secure a bottle before they disappear.
We ship worldwide, with dedicated warehouses in the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Orders placed during pre-order are delivered before Christmas (phase one).
Properly stored, our extra virgin olive oil remains fresh for up to three years. Each bottle is sealed immediately after pressing to preserve quality.
Most supermarket olive oil is blended, stored for months (or years), and often loses freshness before reaching you. Our oil is hand-picked, pressed within 1–4 days, single-origin, and bottled straight from the farm. It’s a taste of Palestine you won’t find on shelves.
Each farmer and region produces unique flavors — from bold and peppery to smooth and fruity. We share tasting notes and stories to help you choose, and many customers try a mix to experience the diversity of Palestine’s groves.
