Fun fact, my family used to make olive oil in Tuscany, where they are from and where i was born. I'm thus extremely picky with olive oil, an akin to sacred staple for us, also a little bit of an Italian-only olive oil snob. But I would have been a fool not to try olive oil from the very birth place of olive trees, made but the direct descendants of people who first made it 4,000 BC. That I finally did when in the West Bank in 2022 and it was love at first taste. Had been trying to replicate that experience for the past 2 years, till Olive Odyssey not only gave me an opportunity to experience olive oil from the most authentic of sources again, but to also exceed it. What a feast for the palate, what an addition to my cooking and what a noble cause!

I loved the Palestinian Za'atar. I made some pasta and made some potatoes in the air fryer by using it.

This is the best tasting olive oil ever -- grassy and fruit flavors, with a little bite at the end that tells you it's the real deal. Perfect for finishing soups, stews, salads, whatever you are putting on the table. So good you want to just pour a spoonful and savor it straight! The pour spout works well and is a great extra bonus.

I recently saw their website and purchased the Sumac on a whim not knowing much about mid eastern spices .. WONDERFUL 😻

We got two bottles of the Jerusalem olive oil One to keep and one to give as a gift! Loved the free spices, sumac and zaatar! Everything was so fresh!!

Best ZAATAR amazing flavour. Which enhances whatever you put it with. Very zesty and fresh tasting.

Expensive but well worth it

I ordered this oil because I wanted to support Palestine. But I am humbled at the wonder of this oil. The smoothness, almost honey-like taste, and silken richness of this oil is magnificent. Great with salads, dipping, and zatar. And the marvel is that these olives were collected at a time when the farmers are at risk to harvest. What a testament to the power of the Palestinian people. I only wish I had ordered a case!
