I just got three of them and have not had a chance to taste yet. The labels are stunning and love the different bottle sizes. I plan to taste when my cousin arrives from the Netherlands. We will open all three and have a tasting. I am really excited.

Olive Odyssey Collective Olive Oil is the best Olive Oil I have ever had in my life. I don’t say this lightly. I am a big proponent of the fact that these grove farmers use Organic practices even though they can not afford to become “ Certified Organic”. Many of us in the food industries recognize the cost of that route. I am absolutely proud to support this collective. The taste of these Olive Oils are so pure, so light, with incredible notes, unlike even Certified Organic olive oils can never achieve. In the United States the olive oil no matter Certified Organic or not has som rancid notes. This Olive Oil has nothing of the sort. It is absolutely fabulous. I will be supporting this collective. To be a part of these farms and these old Olive trees is an honor. I support the people in Palestine. The hard working war torn part of the world we should all be supporting. I had never tried freekeh or mujadara before, but after getting these and making a few recipes with them, I find myself reaching for them for comforting, delicious, and quick meals.
