Amazing in every way!! So happy I get to support Palestinian farmers and enjoy perfect olive oil. The color of the olive reminds me of the oil I get from my Jiddo’s farm in Jordan, and that is a super high bar!! The bottle is also so beautiful and elevated my kitchen counter by just being there.

I bought some za’atar when I visited the arab quarter in Jerusalem, and have been looking to find anything close to it here in the states since then to no avail…until now!! Thank you for blessing my spice cabinet with the best of the best!

Let me start with the esthetic of the bottle, a litteral piece of art in your kitchen! Rafined, pretty, I love it.
Now, the taste...ow my, ow my, I've nevrr tasted such a delicious and sofisticated olive oil. Delicate, earthy, it pairs amazingly with a cooked meal as well as with a simple piece of bread!
If you love olive oil, you should definitely treat yourself and put a little bit of Palestine in your plate!

A lovely flavor for bread and pasta!

I love Olive Odessey for so many reasons. The oils are always delicious, each one has their own unique taste and I’m never disappointed. I use the oil in salads and with bread and sometimes I just have a spoonful on it’s own. It’s always on the table when I have friends round and it makes a great gift too - and the bottles are beautiful. I keep them even when they’re empty. The sumac and zaatar are very special too. I love reading about the history of each oil and the farmer and family who produce it - it makes it extra special. I’ve placed many orders with Olive Odessey, the delivery is fast, and it’s a joy to open each box!

It’s my second time ordering from Oliver Odyssey. It comes so quick so absolutely no issues with Delivery. I bought two bottles myself which are wonderful every day. Also bought two bottles for my partner‘s father he absolutely loved them loves the taste and the story behind them.

Great packaging but notre only ... the olive oil is vers delicate and taste wonderfull. The shipping is vers efficient too.

It's Avery nice oil if you like a bitter, peppery oil. Which I do. It is very good with Ciabatta, garlic, and salt. The taste is not super complex , so it can fall a bit flat if you have it just by itself.
Not sure if it really is a $145 bottle but it is a very good oil. Try it if you have the money to spend or if you are interested in tasting a different oil. I am mostly into Spanish, some Greek, and the occasional Tunisian oil. And, in any case, you're supporting a very laudable cause.
