Mohammad Zein Al-Dein is one of the few remaining independent producers in Jenin. Olive oil is his family’s legacy — the land and production center have passed through four generations, each keeping alive the techniques and patience of their ancestors. Walking his groves, you see what devotion to land truly means: trees carefully tended, harvests done by hand, and a producer who blends humility with mastery.
Farming Method: Organic practices, traditional methods, rain-fed, hand-picked.
Al-Yamun sits west of Jenin, high on fertile ground where olives, grains, and wild herbs have grown for centuries. Archaeological traces — Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman — mark a long, unbroken relationship between the land and cultivation. Families here have always lived by the seasons, pressing their oil in stone mills and now modern drums, carrying forward an art shaped by time and soil.
Olives from this area are known for their bold taste and green intensity — a flavor that reflects the valley’s mineral-rich terrain and the care of those who have worked it for generations.
