Olive Odyssey has officially become my go-to olive oil. The flavor is so bright and clean that even simple bruschetta feels like something I’d order at a really good restaurant.
I’ve been using it constantly in my kitchen—especially for bruschetta, quick sautés, and finishing roasted vegetables—and it just never misses. You get that rich, peppery, extra virgin taste without any bitterness, and it somehow manages to make tomatoes, basil, and good bread taste even more like themselves. It’s the kind of bottle that makes you start planning meals around it instead of the other way around.
On top of the taste, the bottles themselves are gorgeous. The labels have this bold, graphic artwork that makes them feel more like something you’d display than hide in a cabinet, and they add a nice touch when you bring a bottle as a gift. You can tell there’s real care not just in the oil, but in how the whole story of the farmers and the region is presented.
Knowing that this is single-origin Palestinian olive oil, made in partnership with local farmers and rooted in generations of tradition, just makes me feel even better about buying it. It tastes incredible, looks beautiful on the table, and supports something meaningful—so I’m planning to keep a bottle (or three) in my kitchen from now on.
I learned how to remove the bottles without damaging them. I’m making a collage for my home. Keep them coming!
