A label can carry a story before the oil does. Both of these put a Palestinian woman on the front. Rama Duwaji painted the portrait on the Dier; the Anza carries the Olive Odyssey x Trashy label, built on women and Palestinian tatreez.
The Zahran brothers farm the Dier Abu Mash'al Rumi near Ramallah, balanced and fresh-green for every day. The Anza cooperative presses its early-harvest Rumi near Jenin, bold, green, and peppery. Two labels, two artists, the same subject.

Store in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight or heat.
Palestinian women hold the harvest together. They pick in the groves, they sort the fruit, they keep the tatreez patterns alive from one generation to the next. This set puts that work on the front of the bottle, where you can see it.
Rama Duwaji painted the woman on the Dier label. The Anza label came out of the Olive Odyssey x Trashy collaboration, built on women and Palestinian embroidery. Two different artists, the same person at the center of both.
The oils earn their place too. The Zahran brothers' Dier is the everyday bottle, balanced enough to finish almost anything. The Anza cooperative's early harvest is the bold one, green and peppery, made for the pan and for food that needs a strong olive backbone.
