Harvest 2023 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I love this olive oil. I have been cooking with Italian oil my whole life, and loved this the moment I tried it. I am going to use it in everything. It took a long time to arrive after I ordered - unsurprising under the circumstances - and it was well worth the wait - fragrant and creamy, it cooks up beautifully and is just as good raw in hummus.
