Incredible olive oils, zaatar, and great customer service

We really recommend the Odyssey Olive Oil. Not only is the packaging gorgeous, but the taste and aroma of the various olive oils are outstanding. It is a privilege to be able to cook with oil stemming from century-old olive trees, as well as it is a privilege to support Palestinian farmers and their agri/-culture.

I gave this to a friend who was so touched by the humanity of this gift; oil from Palestine with a farmer’s name on the bottle. And I was so touched to be able to gift it for all the same reasons.

Simply the best olive oil I have ever used. The dipping oil has the most incredible flavor (the first I opened it I ate half a loaf of bread 😃) and the oil in the blue bottle is now my go to fir almost everything. I havent opened the white label bottle yet but om sure it will blow my mind when I do.
I bought mine in the sale as I do find it all little pricey but I will be buying more after my first purchase.

It’s far superior to the olive oil you buy in the shops. It’s a strong distinct grassy flavour- unfiltered. Superb with salads. I used it to cook a Palestinian roast chicken recipe by Yottam Ottolenghi involving your za’atar herbs and my family were all mightily impressed. They raved about it for days afterwards!
