I love this oil. Delicate is the perfect word to describe the flavor and aroma of it. Although the flavor profile is so soft and subtle, you can smell it before you taste it. It’s perfect for topping a dish or using fresh. I don’t cook with this oil because I don’t want to overpower it with other flavors or seasonings. It’s beautiful on pasta, in a salad, or I love to use it with their Za’atar as a dip for bread.

I’ve truly never tasted Za’atar until I had this. Every “Za’atar” blend I have found in stores has varied so greatly in color, taste and composition. Just looking at the color different between a name brand blend shows you the difference in freshness and quality. This Za’atar has a fresh, but toasted herbal flavor. The other one in this picture tastes completely burnt in comparison.

I’ve already used half the jar! This is a must have. It will make any meal gourmet, or simply enjoy it with some of their olive oil and bread. Can’t recommend it enough!

This olive oil is in a league of its own. There is nothing like it in conventional grocery stores here in America. I feel like I’ve never actually tasted olive oil before getting this.

This oil has a beautiful boldness but it doesn’t overpower the meal. I like using this for cooking and finishing. I love using it in my tagine. It brings out incredible flavors when cooking meat, herbs and onions together. So happy to support this company, these incredible farmers and Palestinian culinary traditions.

I bought two bottles of Jerusalem Oil, it is delicious .
I have used it many recipes , and raw in salad dressings .
It has a wonderful deep flavour .
I will be ordering more.
