The Premium Class of Olive oils

I bought this oil out of a vague notion of solidarity with Palestine and the struggle of its people. I felt it was a better idea to pay more and know that part of the money would go to a Palestinian company/family than spending less (CONSIDERABLY less!) on one of those panned cheap supermarket olive oils from various and dubious sources.

Since we’ve been using this oil the quality of our meals has improved simply by adding Jersualem olive oil. This is really the premium class of olive oils. We use it like a good wine: you don’t open it every day, but when you have something special on the plate, or to celebrate.

Now, as the bottle emptied, my wife (a seasoned cook) turned to me and said „Can you please order more of this oil, it is so extraordinarily good, I don’t want to miss it in my kitchen!“
Now if that’s not the ultimate proof of superior quality, I don’t know what is.
