Perched on Mount 'Ilan, the charming village of Bazariya unfolds a captivating history in the northern West Bank. With an altitude of 460 meters above sea level, Bazariya, dating back to the Byzantine era, is a testament to the enduring spirit of the land. Its story weaves through the remnants of a casale during Crusader rule, Ottoman-era tax records listing it as "Barazia," and the echoes of an Ottoman census in the 19th century.

Our journey through Bazariya's enchanting lanes revealed a landscape steeped in resilience and rich heritage. From maintaining its Muslim identity during the British Mandate to evolving from 183 inhabitants in 1922 to 320 in 1945, Bazariya's narrative echoes through time. The Jordanian era and the post-1967 period under Israeli occupation added new layers to this vibrant village. Today, its land, with 91% designated as Area A, continues to be a witness to history.

Nestled within Bazariya's olive groves, we celebrate farmer Abed Oudi steward of an olive oil production center. For the 2023 harvest, their craftsmanship yields the tradional made Bazariya Millstones Olive Oil. This collection not only encapsulates the terroir of Bazariya but also echoes the enduring spirit of its people. Each bottle narrates a journey through time, telling tales of cultivation, tradition, and the timeless connection between the land and its custodians. Immerse yourself in the essence of Palestinian olive oil as we bring Bazariya's heritage to your table.

Meet the passionate farmer of Beit Bazariya's olive oil - a man who turned his dream of becoming an olive oil farmer into a reality. Working tirelessly, he learned how to grow, nurture, and treat olive trees with care. His first bottle of olive oil was a celebration and he works hard to ensure that anyone with a passion for olives can learn the art of olive oil making. For him, life in Bazariya is all about the serenity of the olives, and he wouldn't trade it for anything.
