Exploring Palestinian Diversity: Our 2023 collection is a celebration of Palestinian diversity. We're collaborating with five remarkable farmers from five distinct regions of Palestine: Beit Jala, Aboud, Bazarriya, Burqa, and Nazareth. Each region brings its own unique flavor and character to the table.

A Special Collection from Each Farmer: With each region, we'll unveil a special olive oil collection, meticulously crafted to reflect the essence of the land it hails from. It's an opportunity to taste the rich heritage of Palestine, one bottle at a time.

A Limited Harvest Season: This year, our harvest season is indicating a lower yield in olives due to various factors. To secure your place in this limited release, we encourage you to join our waiting list as soon as possible. By doing so, you'll ensure that you're among the first to experience the exquisite 2023 olive oil collection.

We're excited to share the schedule and steps with you. Our olive harvest typically begins between October 10th to October 25th, coinciding with the first rain that nourishes our 100% natural olive trees. It's a delicate process that involves hand-picking the olives, preserving their quality, and crafting the exceptional olive oil you're eagerly waiting for - olives will be made into oil up to 12 hours since they were harvested.

From the olive groves of Palestine, the freshly harvested olives will embark on a journey of careful selection, cold pressing, and meticulous quality checks. Our team will work diligently to ensure that this liquid gold is ready to make its way to the US by the start of December, just in time to grace your table and elevate your culinary adventures.
