2 × 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) | Cold-pressed in steel drums

Two bottles, designed as a pair. The same motif sits on both labels: an olive branch, stitched in tatreez. Identical pattern, two villages.

The Jerusalem Nabali comes from Ayda Saadah's grove in Bido village, just outside Jerusalem. Her oil is delicate, subtle, and layered. The Beit Jala Rumi comes from Basheer Al-Sous, a fourth-generation press master in the hills above Bethlehem. His oil is nutty, buttery, with a softly tangy finish. Same Palestinian ridge. Same stitched motif. Two oils that taste nothing alike.

Includes:
1 × Jerusalem Nabali Cold Pressed 500 ml (16.9 fl oz): Delicate, subtle, and layered
1 × Beit Jala Rumi Cold Pressed 500 ml (16.9 fl oz): Nutty, buttery, and softly tangy

Store in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight or heat.

Tatreez is how Palestinian women have always carried where they're from. The pattern, the color, the spacing of stitches: a skilled eye could read a thobe back to its village. Each motif is its own kind of map.

The olive branch is one of the most stitched of those motifs. It speaks to continuity, care, and a deep relationship with the land. The same values that sit behind cultivation and harvest. We chose it for both bottles.

On the Jerusalem Nabali, the motif carries the weight of a city layered with history, where every tree and terrace tells a story. Ayda Saadah farms her grove in Bido village just outside it. On the Beit Jala Rumi, the same pattern feels different. The hills are quieter, the light is softer, the town keeps its own pace. Basheer Al-Sous is the fourth generation in his family to press oil here.

Same olive branch. Same Palestinian ridge. The pattern doesn't change. The place is what shifts the meaning. Stitched in place.
