2 × 750 ml + 1 × 500 ml (2 L total) | Cold-pressed in steel drums and traditional millstones
Three olives, three traditions, one soil. Koroneiki came up in Greece, Coratina in Italy, and Rumi has grown in Palestine longer than anyone has kept count. This set puts all three in one box, grown in the same hills and each pressed to keep its character whole.
From Mi'ilya, Shareef Khateeb's Koroneiki: clean, peppery, and precise, the Greek olive at its sharpest. From Nazareth, Nassar Darawshi's early-harvest Coratina: bold and earthy, with a deep, bracing bitterness, the Italian variety made Palestinian. And from Abed Al-Rahman Oudi's family press, the Bazariya Rumi, still ground the old way under stone millstones: fruity, tangy, and smooth, the native oil and the craft that started us.
Two varieties the world already loves and one that has always been here, all three at home in Palestinian soil. This is the box for the person who knows their oil already, and wants to taste what Palestine does with the best of them.
Includes:
– 1 × Mi'ilya Koroneiki Cold Pressed, 750 ml (25.4 fl oz). Clean, peppery, structured.
– 1 × Nazareth Early Harvest Coratina, 500 ml (16.9 fl oz). Bold, earthy, deeply bitter, spicy finish.
– 1 × Bazariya Rumi Millstones, 750 ml (25.4 fl oz). Fruity, tangy, smooth, slightly peppery.
Store in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight or heat.
Pull these three apart and they have almost nothing in common. A Greek olive, an Italian olive, and a Palestinian one. Different varieties, different origins, different centuries.
What runs through all three is the ground they grow in: the same Palestinian soil and climate, the same hands picking at the same time of year. Koroneiki keeps its Greek precision, Coratina its Italian bite, and Bazariya its old millstone softness, yet they taste like they belong together, because they were raised together.
That is the one thread. Not the variety, not the origin, but the place. Three olives the world spread far and wide, brought under one Palestinian sky.
The olive-oil lover who has moved past a single bottle.
Tasting how one soil shapes three different varieties.
Gifting someone serious about what they cook with.
Finishing salads, warm dishes, and good bread with oils that have something to say.
