Why We Exist

Olive Odyssey was founded in 2022, inspired by the profound experiences we had during the olive harvest season.

As friends and family shared their olive oils with us, each bottle came accompanied by heartfelt stories about the farmers and the land. We realized the importance of celebrating these narratives and showcasing the diverse array of olive oils in the world. Thus, we set out on a mission to connect these stories with a global audience.

Olive Odyssey: Our Model

At Olive Odyssey, we built a model that keeps every part of the process in Palestinian hands. We work directly with farmers across the West Bank and Galilee, overseeing each harvest from grove to bottle. Every bottle sold supports real jobs, modern presses, and sustainable farming across the region. By connecting local producers to global tables, we’re building an independent Palestinian olive oil economy: transparent, ethical, and rooted in the land that has pressed olive oil for thousands of years.
