How do we work? From Grove to Bottle
Our extra virgin, single-estate olive oil is crafted from hand-picked organically olives grown in sustainably managed groves. Cold-pressed within 24 hours and sealed in dark glass bottles, and shipped worldwide straight from our land to your table.
Our farmers carefully monitor the groves to decide the exact moment when olives are at their prime: young, green, and bursting with flavor. Once chosen, the olives are hand-picked with care and rushed to the press within 12 hours, ensuring no loss of freshness or nutrients.

We use a cold press method with no heat or chemicals. This preserves the olives’ natural antioxidants, bold aromas, and peppery taste, resulting in an oil that reflects the season in its purest form.

Our oils are sealed in dark glass bottles with anti-drip spouts. The packaging is designed to protect the oil from light and air, keeping it fresher for longer.

We manage the entire export process in-house. We source olive oil directly from Palestinian farmers, label each batch by region and farmer, then bottle, seal, and pack it at our facility. Finished goods are shipped to our international fulfillment partners, enabling fast, duty-free delivery and secure shipping to customers worldwide.

We produce 20 unique bottles of premium and ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil, crafted from six different cultivars. Never blended, never processed. We’re farm-to-table in its purest form: no factories, no anonymous fields.

Why We Exist
Olive Odyssey was founded in 2022, inspired by the profound experiences we had during the olive harvest season. As friends and family shared their olive oils with us, each bottle came accompanied by heartfelt stories about the farmers and the land. We realized the importance of celebrating these narratives and showcasing the diverse array of olive oils in the world. Thus, we set out on a mission to connect these stories with a global audience.
Our core values center around creating a sustainable and ethical supply chain that benefits all stakeholders involved—farmers, consumers, and the land itself. We strive to tell the stories of our people in Palestine and shine a light on the rich heritage of our land. Our mission is to cultivate awareness and appreciation for Palestinian olive oil, empowering farmers through recognition and support.
