Yes, it is an expensive oil but the typical early harvest bitterness makes it worthwhile. It's great by itself, on bread with garlic or poured over a pasta dish.

It tastes like what real olive oils are supposed to taste like. An essential for all dishes, cold and warm alike. I imagine that I’m tasting centuries of struggles and cycles of weather in one glorious teaspoon. Inshallah the trees continue to produce and provide for the people.
