Great stuff

This is an excellent oil. On salads it works with balsamic vinaigrette really well as it doesn’t lay flat. It is full bodied with a spicy pepper aftertaste.
Best for salads and on bread where its temperament can best be appreciated

This is the first time I have bought olive oil from Olive Odyssey and it won't be the last. I love it to dunk bread in and to drizzle on watermelon and feta salad. I have also used it for roasting peppers. It works well for everything.

The flavor is rich, smooth, and perfect for dipping bread, or just drizzling over veggies. I drink one tablespoon every day. You can really taste the premium quality.
