It's quite simple -- this olive oil is sublime. Of course, I care about Palestine and the people trying to hold onto their land. But I wouldn't say the olive oil is fabulous on the basis of that alone. I can honestly say this is delicious. I give it my unequivocal recommendation. Enjoy!

Superb extra virgin olive oil that only tastes fabulous but supports hard-pressed Palestinian farmers. The icing on the olive oil cake is the beautiful artwork on the bottle.

I purchased 4 olive oils and a small Za'atar. I use ONLY Palestinian (Olive Odyssey) olive oil. I am almost finished with the first bottle and will soon move to a second. I have given a bottle to special friends here in Tucson, stressing how good this olive oil is and how happy it makes me to know where the olive trees are that provided the oil that I am enjoying every day.
