Fresh, green notes, little bitter and spicy

This is definitely the best olive oil i ever experienced. From the well crafted bottle which makes it very presentable when having guests , to the rich aroma of the olive and silky taste of the oil , i finally found my best olive oil brand after a long search

Worth it's weight in gold! Beautiful on everything it touches. Bread+olive oil +zaatar=heaven! Do not be shy with it! Unlike other spice mixes that require a delicate touch, zaatar can be sprinkled liberally and generously without overpowering a dish. Used like furikake on rice or tajin on fresh fruit, zaatar brings life to the party! Try it to season roasted vegetables, or if you're really daring, try a sprinkle on vanilla ice cream with a tiny dash of olive oil or aceto balsamico tradizionale!

This is a gorgeous olive oil, one of our favorites. Beautiful plain with bread, or for a subtle richness in a salad. The cooking qualities of all the olive oils sold by Olive Odyssey are amazing. Whether in sauté or roasting, Bazariya is a star! Try it for roasting garlic... the spread is amazing!

Incredible olive oil! All the oils from each maker have a distinct taste and cooking quality. Beautiful in salads. The Zaatar is phenomenal on everything. From flavoring roasted vegetables to seasoning rice, and sprinkling on fresh fruit like watermelon or mango, it is the perfect seasoning. Try making watermelon tomato onion salad with zaatar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. To die for!

I am so pleased to receive my first bottle of Olive Odyssey Extra Virgin Olive oil. I can taste the aliveness in each drip. It is light on the tongue and savory. It has a subtle pepperiness in the throat. You can absolutely tell that the olives were pressed the same day that they were picked. It is the freshest olive oil I've ever had.
