Forget the store bought olive oil (even the high end ones) forever! This olive oil is so flavorful and fresh. My guests loved it and ended up having it with bread. Caprese salad tastes much better with this olive oil. Delivery and packaging was top notch. Will definitely buy again

I am profligate with OO. I marinate meat, chicken, and fish in it. I add it to sauces to give them substance. You have a great product there.

great authentic full flavor

Smooth tasting oil used in cooking, seems to have a nice smoke point and great adherence to meats. Tastes great when dipping, very smooth and unlike a lot of oils, it’s olivey in a very light way.

Perfect, and of course even better knowing it supports those from Palestine who struggle under occupation in the West Bank, and face an extinction of their livelihoods and work which they have catered for hundreds of years through generations.

Have used in a marinade for paneer and on popcorn and added to sauces, trying to savor it.

I ordered two olive oils, and they are proudly on display in our kitchen. The flavours are soft and the colours beautiful.
Not only am I grateful to be able to support farmers in Palestine in this way, the bottles are very well designed with a pouring spout that pops up when opened, which I've not had before and it makes it much cleaner and easier to control.
That sounds like a mundane part of these olive oils to review, but I promise it is a wonderful addition!

I used to be a line cook and have worked in 5 kitchens in the USA. This is the best-smelling olive oil I've ever bought. It is sleek and the taste is very refined. I would definitely recommend it and am going to buy more.
