Great stuff

This is an excellent oil. On salads it works with balsamic vinaigrette really well as it doesn’t lay flat. It is full bodied with a spicy pepper aftertaste.
Best for salads and on bread where its temperament can best be appreciated

This is the first time I have bought olive oil from Olive Odyssey and it won't be the last. I love it to dunk bread in and to drizzle on watermelon and feta salad. I have also used it for roasting peppers. It works well for everything.

Every oil I've had from this company has been some of the best oil I’ve gotten. Placing another order to make sure I never run out. After having their oils you can’t go back to the stuff they sell in the stores.

The flavor is rich, smooth, and perfect for dipping bread, or just drizzling over veggies. I drink one tablespoon every day. You can really taste the premium quality. The Za’atar and sumac are also delicious. Everything was packaged well and the order arrived on time. Am delighted to support farmers working the land.
