Beautiful

I enjoyed the robust flavours of other olive oils but this is more akin to the Italian fresh and light extra virgin olive oil. I don't think it's as full bodied as suggested, and I love it. It's great over fish.

Since COVID my senses are modified and I’ve been using it w Za’atar & Sumac w lemon on pasta, on mashed & baked potatoes and salads & roasted vegetables. We've purchased 3 of the Olive Odyssey oils, and all have been exceptional. So much better than commercially available Olive Oils at most US groceries. The difference really is amazing, and they really bring other foods alive. Also grat just drizzled over warm bread. Plus, you are supporting independent Palestinian farmers. Can't recommend this enough!
