A limited-edition bottle shaped by land, culture, and craft. Early harvest Rumi olives from Anza meet handmade embroidery by refugges from Gaza, bringing together two worlds in one design-forward collaboration between Olive Odyssey and Trashy.
To bring this story home, we created a bundle that pairs the oil and the T-shirt; an invitation to wear it, taste it, and carry the heritage with you.
Born From Palestine
This collaboration was born from a shared belief that culture lives in everything we create. Olive Odyssey and Trashy came together to blend design and agriculture, using olive oil and embroidery as two expressions of the same story: craft rooted in Palestine.
From the fields of Anza to the embroidery rooms of Gaza Camp, every element reflects the people who shape our culture. The early harvest Rumi oil carries the work of farmers who tend to ancient trees, while the hand-stitched embroidery reflects generations of women preserving color, pattern, and identity through their craft. Together, they form a bridge between land and hand — two worlds that rarely meet but naturally belong together.
We built this collaboration to honor those stories and bring them into a new form. A bottle and a T-shirt may seem simple, but they become vessels of continuity — ways to carry heritage, to represent Palestine creatively, and to support the communities behind the work. It’s a celebration of tradition reimagined, and an invitation to experience our culture through taste, texture, and design.
FAQs

Each early harvest lasts only a few weeks, and the yield from green olives is low. Once these bottles sell out, they won’t return until the next harvest season.
Regular EVOO comes from ripe olives that produce more oil but milder taste and lower antioxidants. Early harvest captures the season’s first press.
