In my mind I know the taste of olive oil but what amazes me is how unique each of the different ones are from olive odyssey. You can tell you're tasting olive oil, the same way you have pictured it in your mind but at the same time it offers notes that are specific to that particular one. The Burin olive oil from Shireen Najjar is exactly that. Very special and unique probably due to which olives she grows or the techniques she uses. Absolutely delicious with salads or in dressings. A true testament to the hard work and resilience of Palestinian farmers. I hope one day everybody in the world can try it.

The oil was also packaged very well to reach my door safely and a small bonus is the art on the label of each of the bottles. The Burin one is beautiful home from the region
