A rich, fruit-forward Rumi olive oil from the village of Arraba, produced from ancient trees rooted in some of the northern West Bank's most fertile land. Rumi is one of Palestine's oldest cultivars; known for its balance, depth, and steady peppery warmth. This harvest opens with bright stone fruit and ripe tomato leaf, carried by a smooth, rounded body shaped by mineral-rich soil and cool highland nights.

Aroma: Ripe stone fruit and tomato leaf
Palate: Fruity, smooth, and full-bodied
Finish: Gentle pepper with a clean, lingering warmth

Best Uses: Ideal for drizzling over fresh salads, spooning onto hummus or labneh, finishing roasted vegetables, or enjoying simply with warm bread to experience its full character.

Store in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight or heat.

Abed Elghani Asaaf comes from a long line of olive growers in Arraba. His family has cared for these groves for generations, tending trees that have stood on this land for centuries.

Like many farmers in the region, Abed works the land with patience and dedication.

For him, olive farming is more than agriculture. It is heritage, responsibility, and a connection to the land that continues to shape daily life in the village.

Arraba is a historic Palestinian village located in the northern West Bank, surrounded by rolling hills and fertile agricultural land.

For centuries, olive cultivation has been central to life here. The region’s climate — warm days, cool nights, and mineral-rich soil — creates ideal conditions for producing expressive olive oils.

Ancient Rumi trees dominate many of the groves around the village. These trees are known for their deep roots and resilience, producing oils with complexity, fruitiness, and a characteristic peppery finish.

Olive harvest season transforms Arraba each year, bringing families and neighbors together to gather the fruit that has sustained the village for generations.

For the ARRABA bottle, she combined olive leaves from her mother’s garden coming together with the illustration of a Palestinian woman walking forward with quiet pride , steady steps, head held high, like the olive trees rooted in her land.

Pairing Suggestions: Fresh bread and za'atar, hummus, cucumber and tomato salads, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, or grain and lentil dishes.

Serving Suggestion: Best enjoyed raw to let its fruitiness come through. Pour into a small dish for dipping, finish fresh salads and mezze, or drizzle generously over simple plates where the oil's smooth, rounded character can shine.
